THEY HAVE 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE,NO IDEA HOW TO TAKE OF BUSINESS!!!!! BEST THING I CAN SAY IS DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I WAITED 3 WEEKS TO HAVE AN ITEM PICKED UP FOR THEM TO CANCEL THE DAY BEFORE PICKUP AND ALL THEY SAID TO ME WAS WE HAVE 3 DAYS TO RESPOND TO YOU, WELL SCREW YOU USHIP!!!!!!

i FILED A DESPUTE WITH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK,BUT I HAVE TO GET MORE BIDS ON HAVING MY QUAD SHIPPED AND START ALL OVER, IT IS MAKING BUYING OUT OF STATE A NIGHTMARE,IF I COULD CANCEL AND JUST BUY LOCAL I WOULD!!! I ACTUALLY AM SCARED TO DEATH OF GETTING ANY SHIPPER,WHEN I HAVE HEARD OF ALL THE COMPLAINTS OF ALL THE SHIPPING STORIES ESPECIALLY USHIP!!!!!!!
