Where to do go to file a complaint against the DOT? They authorize *** movers to become movers, that makes this accountable too right?

USHIP does not move a thing! They are a site people that brings you options. The alternative is high moveing and freight rates. Either that or press your luck!

Best to do you homework no matter what. Does anyone really think the the overpaid DOT people are in the best position to regualate an industry of thieves.

They themselves should be investigated. They get their fees and play watchdog over an industry they know *** about!

Uship cant deliver with Bekins

I contracted with uship to send me furniture from NY to TX. The original pickup date was 4/10/12. Furniture was not picked up until 4/24/12. Promised delivery was 5/10/12. Still have no idea when (or if) the furniture will be delivered as of 5/9/12. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They cannot deliver what is promised. Stay away from this company, there are far better options that know what they are doing and will deliver the goods to you as promised. Bottom line, find someone else to ship your products to your customers or be prepared fo headaches!

If you received a red flag, then that means one of your statements within the Q&A board or Bid Details was found to be in violation of the User Agreement. Our intention is not to hide the fact that Service Providers pay a fee for every matched shipment, but rather to minimize confusion for the shipping customer. Keep in mind that the customer may pay an Auction Service Fee upon accepting a bid, depending upon the commodity being shipped. We do not want shipping customers to confuse your match fee with their charge. If you are going to breakdown your bid, then make sure to state that each portion (including YOUR uShip fee) is part of your all-inclusive bid.

If you were suspended for having 3 red flags within a 60 day period, then you would no longer be able to place bids to book new shipments. However, an account suspension does not prevent you from logging into your account to complete your currently booked shipments. Furthermore, you are welcome to petition to have your account reinstated for a flag suspension. When in doubt, read our FAQs on the site and contact Member Support.

Uship in Washington, District Of Columbia - 3 weeks to get reimbursed

Once you accept a bid on uShip, they wash their hands of you. They don't answer emails. It took the intervention of the State Police for me to get my rather large deposit back from the company who bid on my job. The mover was unprofessional, rarely returned phone calls, never gave the proper paper work, and lied to me for 3 weeks as to where my money was. I will never recommend uShip or the mover who tried to steal my money to anyone. They are liars and cheats and care nothing about doing a good job. Don't do business with uShip!

Well sorry for you bad experiance but don't try to make all of us look bad. There are some good drivers like myself that do use uship from time to time.

Let me quess you took the cheapest bid never checked the company out and never looked at their feed back. So what are you crying about it dosn't always pay to be cheap
