The first time I used them the service was fair but they surcharged because the dimensions were a few inches more than entered. OK, fair enough.
The second time I used them the truck failed to show up three times.
Apparently repeatedly went to the wrong location. Uship never bothered to notify us of a problem or delay. After three calls to reschedule they managed to pickup; but delivery was a week late. The carrier then tried to invoice me.
After several more calls I straightened this out but then almost two month later they had the audacity to try and surcharge me. Their customer service is sup-par and they do not hold their carriers accountable.
I would not recommend them!
