Uship - Horrible and very discriminating

they don’t care about the shippers or anything that happens to them. Instead they try to blame them for their mistakes and lie to the customer. Stephanie T IS ESPECIALLY RUDE AND VERY POOR AT HER JOB. This company needs to be shut down

Uship - Small Load from Edinburgh to Suffolk

All went well. Got several quotes. Selected the best one. Rejected the others (which I shouldnt have done with hindsight). Paid the uShip stipend. Was in good contact with the removers about collecting and about to pay them. Then they emailed to say they hadn't seen that my load was from a self-storage unit. They couldn't do it as it needed someone there to verify the load and put the labels on! Am in touch with uShip but only be email so it looks as if that'll be at snail pace. I may have lost the payment of £9 for the uShip stipend and may alsohave to go back through the whole bidding process again! Ringing uShip on the number given doesn't work from the UK!!

Wasted three weeks with this shipper. They would not answer phone emails or texts then requested a cancellation. The seller was inconveniently waiting on a call that never showed. The bike is still sitting in South Carolina.

Uship charges U extra months afterwards

Noticed a charge on my credit card for $108 3 months after I had paid them in FULL for shipping my package. Called to ask them why and they said it was because they had to call the recipient to arrange a time for them to pick it up. My recipient had to drive over an hour away from his home to pick up the package at the freight facility in San Antonio so this is a B.S. charge. I called numerous times trying to get my $108 back but they refused, asked to speak to the owner who (Mike) who was rude as *** and hung up on me.
